The purpose of this process is to prolong the life of the printed work, increase its resistance and protect it against humidity and other eventualities by coating it with a plastic film applied under pressure and heat.

CHOICE OF RAW MATERIAL

The substrate to be plasticized is supplied by the customer and the film is selected according to this substrate: paper, cardboard or equivalent material.

TYPE OF EQUIPMENT

The plasticization is carried out by state-of-the-art equipment allowing plasticization with dimensions up to 105x142cm.

The plasticization process is carried out thermally by means of a cylinder.
